Appointments may be scheduled by calling our
office during business hours.
Kristi will help find a convenient time for you're eye exam.

Urgent Care |

We know that eye problems such as pink eye or sudden vision loss can be
very uncomfortable and sometimes scary. So if you have an
urgent ocular
problem we will see you as soon as possible that
same day.
In order to process your paper work and verify insurance information, we
request that you arrive
about 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will help us
to begin your exam in a timely manner.
Documentation
Please Bring:
- Your current glasses - even if you feel the
prescription is not correct.
- Your current contact lens parameters - these are
found on the boxes the lenses came in, so you may just bring
your current lens boxes. Also, know the name of the
solution you use.
- A list of your current medications - both
prescription & over-the-counter.
- Your medical or vision
insurance cards, if applicable. Please mention
your insurance provider names to Kristi when you make your
appointment.
